Scottish gins paired with cheeses delves into Scottish gin and the unique approaches of the Scottish distillers. We take you around Scotland with eight craft gin samples showing varying styles and the diverse nature of gin produced around Scotland.
This masterclass is designed to introduce guests to the idea of pairing gin with both cheese and premium mixers. We use a selection of mixers from Fever-Tree as well as local mixers made in Scotland with the aim of developing flavours.
We cover key Scottish gin facts, as well as Scottish production, Scottish botanicals and more. This class gives you a firm grounding in Scottish gins and how best to enjoy them after the class.
